“We have learned a lot about group dynamics, it has given us insight on how group work is important. We can be motivated by one another, by seeing what your group mate does, you gain confident and do it exactly the same way. The knowledge we gained about conflict resolution has completely change the way we approach and handle quarrels and disputes in our community. For instance, if my neighbor fallout with me, I now know how to respond well in order not fuel the whole issue up.
